个人简介:
林尤舜,博士,博士生导师,独立课题组长。博士毕业于香港中文大学。于2021年入职必赢电子游戏网站。入选国家级海外青年人才计划、上海市海外高层次人才(青年)等。主要围绕作物环境适应性的分子调控机理开展系统性研究,为作物遗传改良提供理论基础。以通讯作者或第一作者的研究论文发表在Nature、Science、Molecular Plant、Cell Research、Nature Communications等国际主流学术期刊上。担任Journal of Integrative Plant Biology编委。

主要成果:
在水稻高温感知和耐高温新基因及其上下游的分子调控网络取得重要进展,水稻耐高温机制的合作研究成果入选2022年度“中国生命科学十大进展”。
主要研究领域:
本课题组主要围绕作物环境胁迫耐受性及产量性状的分子与遗传调控机制开展研究,以粮食作物水稻、园艺作物番茄等作为材料,综合运用细胞生物学(如超分辨显微技术,电子显微技术)、分子生物学、遗传学及生物信息学等多学科交叉方法,挖掘调控植物抗逆新基因,系统解析植物在复合逆境胁迫下的动态响应机制,深入揭示抗逆信号通路的分子基础及其复杂调控网络。研究旨在为“高抗高产”作物的分子设计育种提供前沿理论支撑,为应对全球气候变化带来的粮食安全挑战提供创新性解决方案,助力农业可持续发展。目前主要研究内容包括:
1. 植物细胞器感知热胁迫信号的通路及其耐热机制
2. 作物抗逆(如耐高温、耐盐碱等)的分子调控网络
3. 作物抗逆性和产量的协同调控机制
